yuv® is a beauty tech startup looking to hire a Client Support Specialist with proven experience in the professional beauty industry, with a focus on hair colour products and services.

Location: Central London/Remotely
Responsibilities:
● Manage large amounts of incoming Client queries via phone, video chat, email and DM’s.
● Interact with other company departments to find solutions.
● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
● Handle Client issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
● Provide excellent Client support.
● Keep records of Client interactions, process Client accounts and file documents.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in the professional beauty industry, with a focus on hair colour products and services.
● Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
● Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
● Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
● Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with clients.
● Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment.
● Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with clients.
