10k Instagram Follower yuv® System Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. This giveaway is open to legal residents of mainland United Kingdom. Entrants are required to be hair professionals, aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of yuv® Beauty and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. In entering the competition, you give yuv® Beauty the right to share your Instagram handle and comment submitted via their Instagram Story.

‍

3. To participate in this promotion, entrants are required to ‘like’ the giveaway post (HERE), tag 1 (one) friend in 1 (one) comment under the same post and share the post to their Instagram story. Entrants must follow @yuvbeauty on Instagram and be a ‘public’ profile in order for their entry to be validated.

‍

4. The competition will run from 25.09.24 (25th September 2024) at 12:00 pm until 23.10.2025 (23rd October 2024) at 1:00 pm on the yuv® Beauty Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/yuvbeauty/

5. yuv® Beauty reserves the right to disqualify from the competition any entries or comments containing inappropriate or offensive language and themes. Entries posted on other channels, or missing required competition information (as defined in clause 3) will not be eligible to win.

6. Each unique comment tagging a new person will count as an additional entry into the prize draw. There is no limit to the number of entries participants can earn through tagging, as long as each comment tags a different individual. Only 1 (one) person is eligible to win all the prizes.

7. The promotion opens on 25.09.24 (25th September 2024) at 12:00 pm and the closing date for entries is 23.10.2024 (23rd October 2024) at 1pm.

8. The winner will be randomly selected at the discretion of yuv® Beauty, based on eligible competition entries, following the close of the competition on 23.10.2024 (23rd October 2024) at 2:00 pm.

9. The winner will be notified on 25.10.2024 (25th October 2024) via Stories shared on the @yuvbeauty channel and via DM in reply to their entry from the @yuvbeauty Instagram account.

10. The prize awarded to the selected winner will be: 1 x 12 month yuv® Lab subscription (including 1 x yuv® Lab, 1 x 11” Apple iPad (Locked for yuv® App), and 1 x thermal label printer) alongside £1000 worth of yuv® Colour credit. 

‍

11. The £1000 worth of free colour credit is subject to standard colour dispensing rates. After the use of colour credit provided, the winner will be required to pay for colour dispensed at standard rates as outlined HERE.

12. The selected winner will be asked to acknowledge their prize by 01.11.2024 (1st November 2024). If the promoters does not receive a written confirmation from a winner that they acknowledge the prize by this time, the promoter reserves the right withdraw the offer/prize. Prizes will be distributed within 60 (sixty) days from the selection of the winner.

13. The decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of this promotion.

14. yuv® Beauty and its partners reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equivalent value and/or specification. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
